Aloha! I'm Captain Casey. I have been chartering here on the Big Island for the last ten years as Hawaiian Kine Adventures. We have now added this exciting new adventure while our beloved Hawaiian double canoe "Hahalua Lele" goes into dry dock. It is bitter sweet as we make the transition from ancient sailing canoe to state of the art modern technology. King Kamehameha would not have hesitated to move forward with technology. We specialize in whale watching and swimming with wild dolphins! During our whale watching tours we will be collecting data via GPS, sonar, video, photos and underwater sound. We have dual hydrophones so we can listen and record whale songs in stereo over an eight speaker dual subwoofer entertainment system. Malaialena offers a vacuflush toilet with standing head room / changing room. She has fresh water rinse on deck. Lot's of seating, about 60% under shade. We have two crew members onboard besides myself to serve you. We look forward to sharing with you all the magical moments and miracles that bless us everyday.
